This kit was designed with the daily driver / prerunner in mind. The lower arms are 3.75" wider than stock and pivot on Delrin bushings. The kit utilizes 1" uniballs for the upper and lower arms. The upper arms are constructed out of 1.5" x .120" 4130 tubing and pivot in the stock location on Delrin bushings. Fabtech or CST lift spindles, 10" coil-overs, and front fiberglass are required for this kit, but not included. As with all MF kits, the lower arms are constructed out of CNC laser cut .188" steel. Heimed steering is included. The kit includes steel braided brake lines. All inner pivot points include zerk fittings so they can easily be greased while on the truck.
Installation includes the mounting of fiber glass front fenders, limit straps, brake lines, poly urethane bump stops, and lowers built to your truck (meaning the bushings are set up specifically for your truck to help with the tolerance issue Chevy has).
The kit shown below has the upgraded Toyota 4x4 spindles, which cores must be supplied by the customer. This upgrade is highly recommended to eliminate the weak stock Chevy snouts and wheel bearing. The kit below has a tread width of 81" and cycles 16.25" of travel at 3.75" wider per side.
Price: $2500 for the standard kit / $3500 installed
$3000 for the Toyota spindle kit / $4000 installed
